Je ziet een opvallende case waarbij het proces niet helemaal is verlopen zoals het zou moeten. Als een ware Inspector Gadget duik je erin en los je het op. What are you going to do?
Maintaining contact with our customers regarding questions and / or ambiguities via telephone, e-mail and / or chat and social media.
Referring specific customer questions to the right person in the process.
Customer-oriented and friendly handling of any complaints from customers.
Administrative handling of agreements with customers.
Contribute to team-oriented tasks such as planning, quality control and training.
